The kit includes a 24 page print-out with the ingredients of all mix vials, a personal agreement regarding allergy and allergy-like treatments, and a handy check-off list to help you record reactions.

We have a limited inventory of kits, but will have them made to order if needed, which may lead to a slight delay.
